About this course

Attendees will learn the property tax cycle – from extracting data for renditions to entering assessments and forecasting liability to payment of bills and calculations of accruals. They will also learn how the Property Tax module works through hands-on exercises.

  • Demonstrate an ability to use the Property Tax module.
  • Explain the various areas of the software submodule
  • Describe the data model

Prerequisite:

None. This is a basic level course.

Intended Audience:

New Property Tax users or existing users who want a refresher course

CPE Credits:

16 CPE credit hours possible (Taxes-Technical)

In order to be awarded the full credits, participants must be present the entire training session and respond to 48 polling questions ( or 3 polling questions per hour) asked during this program. Credits will be rounded down to the nearest half credit.

We are unable to grant CPE credit in cases where technical difficulties preclude eligibility. CPE Program Sponsorship guidelines prohibit us from issuing credit to those not verified by the technology to have satisfied the minimum requirements listed above.
