About this course

This course is for users seeking to gain a better understanding of the reporting and querying functionality of the PowerPlan system. Anyone interested in getting the easiest access to data within PowerPlan as a user of the system will gain from this course. The focus of the course is on Assets, Projects, Charges, and Depreciation portions of the system.

Reporting Tips

Objectives:

At the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Describe the different tools available within PowerPlan to gain access to information.
  • Confidently navigate and utilize the query tools, both Standard and Any Queries.
  • Practice the features of the reporting and query modules
  • Describe the types of business data requests that are best answered via Standard and Any Queries.

Advanced Preparation: None

Program Level: Basic

Delivery Method: Group Internet Based

Class will be held each day from 10:00am - 3:00pm (Eastern) with a one hour break for lunch from 12:00pm - 1:00pm.

CPE Credits = 8 credits possible (Computer Software and Applications)

In order to be awarded the full credits, participants must be present the entire training session and respond to 18 polling questions ( or 3 polling questions per hour) asked during this program. Credits will be rounded down to the nearest half credit.

We are unable to grant CPE credit in cases where technical difficulties preclude eligibility. CPE Program Sponsorship guidelines prohibit us from issuing credit to those not verified by the technology to have satisfied the minimum requirements listed above.
